Great skin starts from the inside out. As a non-vegan, she constantly struggled with her acne but since becoming vegan in 2011 her skin has cleared up.

The key is to maintain a healthy and balanced whole food plant based diet. 80-90% of what I eat is unprocessed, unrefined, and homecooked. The other 10-20% of the time I eat junk. At least for me, that balance has been great for my skin, and I still get to indulge in amazing vegan junk food from time to time :)” – Jenne
